Job Description
We re looking for a Loan Processor to support assessments of personal loans. You will act as the liaison between potential clients and our growing financial institution, conducting customer evaluations, researching credit records, and preparing loan package documentation.
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule: 4 AM to 1 PM
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
- Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package
- Research applicant credit status and current financial position
- Prepare and maintain all paperwork for existing and new loans, including loan disclosures
- Submit files to the designated Underwriter
- Ensure you comply with the established regulations and law requirements
- Follow-up with clients to verify important information
- Support colleagues in fielding general enquiries from customers
- Support colleagues in managing customer, loan and payment data
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Loan Processor or similar role
- Good understanding of banking computer software and MS Office
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills
- In-depth knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
