Job purpose

We are looking for Live Operations manager to oversee Live Operations on daily basis, delivering the captain’s training and handling questions, comments, and complaints regarding a Buseet service.

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for captains, riders &Ops. complains handling​.
• Responsible for monitoring and tracking the day-to-day operations.
• Delivering the Captain’s training & onboarding​.
• Responsible for delivering the daily liveoperations​ reports.
• uploading the required data properly on the system and sync correctly.
• Identify ways to improve operation experiences and processes.
• Monitor & Evaluate the quality standardsthrough outbound call and on-groundvisits​
• Reporting & Solving captain's issues.​
• Reporting & follow-up client issues withother teams to ensure fast actions.​
• Reporting daily technical issues with the development team and ensure fast action is taken.
