Roles and Responsibility

Your will be responsible for all HR and Admin functions including but not limited to
- Working with the leadership/ business to make a meaningful contribution to the development and implementation of HR strategy and
- Recruitment – Working with all recruitment channels including Employment portals, referrals, social media
- Handling of day-to-day admin activities
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle – Onboarding to Exit
- Handling HRMS system, maintaining employee - Creating and administrating HR policies - ---Management of the Performance Management and support with payroll and benefits administration
- Creating and Implementing Employee Engagement Calendar
