2. Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily technical support on desktop network ERP software and hardware to end users
• Perform quality assurance on all functional implementations and upgrades in ERP or other related IT systems to ensure highquality deliverables and optimal outcomes for the company
• Liaise with vendors for IT services and equipment procurement
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues
• Provide technical supports on network and/or security projects
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure including Windows and File servers networks and security systems
• Work closely with internal staff for daily operations
• Provide technical designs implementations and troubleshooting of network and/or security projects cooperating with internal parties vendors and partners to customers
• Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of computer systems software and hardware
  
  

3. Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computing / Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Technical Support
• Good knowledge in server administration and network troubleshooting and able to manage multiple tasks projects and prioritize.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with a variety of hardware and software systems
• Knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (ERP) network administration Microsoft Windows server Microsoft 365 MS Office systems support is an advantage
• Solid experience in user server and network support and quick problemsolver to emergency
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Responsible reliable selfdisciplined selfmotivated and enthusiastic
