Are you an experienced Recruiter with a strong network in the IT sector Our company is currently looking for a skilled ITrecruiter to join our team remotely focusing on sourcing toptier candidates from the IT industry for placement in Switzerland. This is a commissionbased opportunity with no fixed salary allowing you to earn from successful permanent placements.

Tasks

• Identification and Recruitment of qualified candidates in the IT sector
• Conducting interviews and gathering information
• Building and maintaining relationships with ITspecialists from Germanspeaking parts of Europe
• Constant expansion of your own candidate pool and network to source the best talent

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter within the IT sector
• You already have access to various recruitment tools and platforms for example LinkedIn
• Strong communication and networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• You have a pool of candidates and a large network of qualified professionals who would like to work in Switzerland
