- Providing complete IT Assets Administration from maintaining desktops and laptops, printers, and scanners configurations, updating OS images, maintaining hardware inventory, operating system assessment, troubleshooting, fixing, installing updates, and Upgrades.
- Managing the SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) from collection of assets information, Monitoring PC agent’s status, distributing SCCM agent and software to be installed. In addition to the management of the operating systems from upgrading, troubleshooting, deployment of applications, ..etc.
- Creating tasks sequences and OS packages from Microsoft Intune, Hardware registered, Network devices configuration (routers & switches), firewalls access, VPN configuration, preparing old and new laptops for usage, preparing backups and restores, PC maintenance.
- Completing moving project working off hours: Data Center Install, organize and maintain. (On-premise) in addition to wireless access point backup and configuration.
