- Delivery of the practice objective at the day to day level
- Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate technical issues to key stakeholders whether internal or external.
- Meeting deliverables timelines for all clients as per engagement needs or direction from Seniors
- Seamless transition of new projects/clients
- Effectively planning the implementation of new changes as per Quality requirements
- Proactively highlighting and resolving issues
- Effective control of back logs if any
- Responsible for review of quality of work in detail.
- Assist junior resources in executing the work and resolving queries
- Available to travel to middle east countries if needed post Covid 19 travel restrictions ECHNICAL SKILLSETS: Detailed understanding of core business process cycles in Retail and Manufacturing sector. Other sectors will be an added advantage.
- Detailed understanding of technology touchpoints in the processes and linkages to financial reporting.
