IT Analyst Microsoft Office Adobe Dreamweaver SharePoint Tableau Service Now

NOTE: This team is working a hybrid schedule: currently two (2) days/week in the client office. There is flexibility with which facility they can work from: either in the Moline, IL, office OR the new Chicago, IL, office.

Role description
This team is responsible for supporting the API marketplace for John Deere Dealers. This position will be responsible for updating process documentation, and providing application support.

Skills requirements

• Must have 1-3 years of experience with Agile
• Must have experience working with systems and networks: Installing and configuring computer hardware and software, troubleshooting, and helping employees with technical issues
• Must have experience working with applications, data, infrastructure, and/or IT security. (1 - 3 years) - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dreamweaver, SharePoint, tableau
• Previous experience in programming/software development. Not mandatory but helpful
• Experience with Service Now
• Should have proven experience with process documentation
• Must have good communication and good time management skills
• Experience working as technical support in a call center would be helpful
