About the role
The Human Resources Manager is primarily responsible for all human resources related activities within their Moroccan office and will be responsible to acquire develop motivate and retain the best local talents.
What should you do to be considered successful
Assist in formulating and executing an ambitious recruitment plan.
Oversee the entire hiring process from drafting job descriptions to screening and managing interviews.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires setting clear expectations from the outset.
Conduct performance reviews throughout the organization ensuring fair appraisals.
Provide support to staff line managers and executives in various HR areas including recruitment performance management compensation and rewards staff relations and people development.
Develop and manage talent acquisition strategies focusing on retention and minimizing turnover.
Validate monthly payroll maintaining precise records of changes and inputs.
Participate in and support internal and external audits as needed.
Implement and enforce processes and policies related to recruiting onboarding leave management benefits talent development etc.
Offer leadership on peoplerelated issues and policies throughout the company.
Handle employee conflicts and deescalate tense situations effectively.
Effectively communicate at all levels within the organization supporting business development and facilitating change initiatives when required.
What should you have done in your career
You should;
Have 35 years of international HR experience
Be a proactive ethical manager with strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrate thoughtful decisionmaking and strong judgment
Have experience or knowledge in Payroll (a big plus)
Have proven project management and execution in fastpaced environments
Be resultsoriented with exceptional time management skills
Identify and implement efficiencies and process improvements
Be knowledgeable in recruitment and experienced in overseeing people management
Have familiarity with diverse business functions is an advantage
Have indepth understanding of corporate governance and management best practices
Be fluent in French Arabic and English.

You are responsible for recruiting and retaining talent fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with regulations all of which are essential elements for the companys growth and operational effectiveness.
Biggest problem solving duty in this role
May involve establishing effective hiring processes managing cultural integration and addressing any regulatory or compliance challenges specific to the location ensuring the organizations workforce aligns with its goals and operates efficiently within the local context.
