- Building good relationships with all managers and staff at all levels by developing a thorough understanding of our culture, organizational structure and talent.
- Advisor/coach to managers in resolving employee relations, performance, staffing related issues in accordance to the company policy and procedures as well as local labor law.
- Manage the Performance Review process and ensuring all goals are updated on the HR system.
- Assisting line managers in delivering meaningful feedback and evaluating appropriate promotion and increasing recommendations based on performance.
- Creating a team environment that facilitates mutual respect and partnership and open lines of communication between team members in line with our values.
