Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking Human Resources Administrator in Belfast.The hours of work are 8:30am5pm Monday to Friday with a rate of pay of 18.53 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes including recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management and offboarding.

Coordinate and schedule interviews meetings and trainings.

Assist with the preparation of HR documents such as offer letters employment contracts and policies.

Conduct data entry and generate reports as needed.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Manage social media accounts related to HR activities.

What we need from you:

Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Proficient in data entry and report generation.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Familiarity with social media management for HR purposes.
