Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Stardom Employment Consultants LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with a focus on recruiting employee relations and compliance. This is a fulltime position with the opportunity for growth within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives

Oversee the recruitment and selection process including job postings resume screening and conducting interviews

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws

Manage employee relations including conflict resolution performance management and disciplinary actions

Develop and implement employee training and development programs

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management

Manage employee benefits including enrollment changes and inquiries

Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in HR management

Collaborate with management to develop and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture

Handle any other HRrelated tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management

Strong knowledge of federal state and local employment laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience in recruiting and employee relations

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems

SHRMCP or PHR certification is a plus
