Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Management and acquisition
Employee onboarding induction and developmental activities
Maintain Payroll management
Conduct Performance evaluation process
Organizing Team building activities
Manage Exit Process
Handling General Administrative Activities
Assist potential clients with initial inquiries regarding Elaan Interiors Pvt Ltd.
Maintain Accurate uptodate records
