Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and objectives. Propose and Develop digital solutions at the intersection of data science, data engineering, and cloud. This involves travel to client locations in India when needed.
- Lead and deliver data science POC’s in close consultation with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Recruit and train data science team members across the experience band for ongoing and future initiatives.
- Work with the sales team during the sales cycle to develop technical proposals, project roadmaps, solution architecture, resource plans etc. Ensure we are technically well-positioned to win deals.
- Develop into a leader over the years who can lead an innovation center with IP and solution development in specific industries and problem areas.
- Represent the company in technical conferences, and hiring events talking about our work, and use cases we are solving.
Technical Skills & Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in data science consulting primarily with management or analytics consulting firms.
- You have created solutions independently or played a primary role in solutioning with a diverse set of problems involving structured/unstructured data, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and cloud.
- You have experience with the complete life cycle of a data science project from model development to production deployment including high-level knowledge of data ops, MLOps, feature stores, no-sql databases, and big data frameworks.
- You have experience interacting and presenting use cases and results to C-suite audiences or senior client leadership.
- Education: Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics is preferred
- Skills: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation
- Strong analytical techniques, data mining knowledge and proficiency in handling and processing large amounts of data. Hands-on knowledge of python and various ML libraries for model building.

- Ability to work in teams, distributed across locations and time zones
- Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities
