- Develop a differentiated business strategy to accelerate market share in targeting different segments through in-depth understanding of customers, competition, and organizational capabilities
- Define and detail a go-to market program across all business segments such as customer acquisition, demand and supply side of each segment, business processes and technology platform
- Structure and own the annual B2B marketing plan including key phases of launch and expansion of each segment
- Own B2B revenues KPIs across all segments and pillars and ensure achieving B2B products revenues
- Develop and implement a B2B customer acquisition and retention strategy with relevant budget for each segment
- Work with other business units to enable customers to scale up their needs and loyalty in the B2B segments
- Coordinate with the Communications team to initiate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
