We are looking for a super creative graphic designer to deliver thoughtful, on-brand and forward-thinking designs for our The Graphic Designer will work with a team of marketing specialists to deliver everything required for outstanding, results-focused advertisements across a multitude of digital You will not only have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity, but a desire to implement efficiencies across your process ( if you repeat it, how do you automate it?).
Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and concepts
- Produce final design solutions (social media graphics, email banners, presentations)
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Pitch creative ideas
- Collaborate with team members to launch projects
- Use feedback from other designers to improve
- Automate any repeated process
- Create robust templates to increase efficiency
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as Designer
- Extensive knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Familiarity with design techniques ( prototyping)
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
- Teamwork skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with motion graphics preferred but not essential
