- Work with the C+P Portfolio in the creative development of the annual conference theme.
- Responsible for creating a cohesive graphic identity for the conference based on the C+P Portfolio theme vision.
- Create a branding package to clearly communicate visual identity guidelines for the Planning Committee’s use of the graphic identity.
- Responsible for the creation of advertisements and multimedia promotional material based on graphic identity (including concept, design, layouts, graphics and printing)
- Anticipate the planning committee needs by reviewing design examples from previous years
- Assist the C+P Director and Promotions Coordinator with promotions and communications via print and electronic media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.)
- Support the execution of the SLC Communications & Promotions Plan
- Assist the C+P Portfolio in coordinating photography and video efforts on the conference day
- Ensure that all visual content (printed and online) adheres to the visual identity
- Oversee communications needs on the day of the SLC.
