Position: General Manager of Operations
Location: New Delhi / Sahibabad UP

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned General Manager of Operations to join our leadership team and oversee the companys operational strategies. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of operational excellence. You will be entrusted with the management of product arrangement and delivery ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the operations team fostering a culture of high performance continuous improvement and dedication to quality.
Develop and execute strategic operational plans to enhance productivity efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Oversee the entire product life cycle from arrangement and inventory management to distribution and delivery.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations with companywide strategies and initiatives.
Manage customer satisfaction programs ensuring customer happiness with our products and swift resolution of any aftersales issues or complaints.
Monitor and report on operational performance implementing adjustments as needed to meet business objectives.
Cultivate relationships with suppliers vendors and logistics partners to support operational requirements and costeffectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations industry standards and company policies.
Mentor and develop the operations team setting performance goals and conducting regular performance reviews.
Qualifications:
A bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in an operations management role with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing highperforming teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Proven problemsolving skills with a detailoriented mindset.
Proficiency in operations software and strong analytical abilities.
