General Manager

• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  
• Oversee all aspects of production including sourcing of raw materials manufacturing processes quality control and packaging.
  
• Lead sales and marketing efforts to expand market reach and increase market share for our frozen fruit products.
  
• Manage financial operations including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting to ensure financial stability and profitability.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers suppliers and other stakeholders to support business objectives.
  
• Provide leadership and direction to crossfunctional teams fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and regulatory requirements to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
  
• Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices throughout the organization.
  
• Represent the company in industry events trade shows and other networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Food Science or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the food industry with a focus on frozen fruit products.
  
• Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles with experience in managing multifunctional teams and driving business results.
  
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends identify growth opportunities and make datadriven decisions.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  
• Strategic thinker with a handson approach to leadership capable of balancing longterm vision with daytoday operational priorities.
  
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business challenges and adapt to changing market conditions.
