Identifying and Assessing Training Needs:

Conduct surveys, focus groups, and consultation with department heads and leads to identify training needs and areas for improvemen

t. • Designing and Developing Training Programs:

Design and develop training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and instructor-led training, that meet the identified needs and align with Avertra’s goals.

Ensure that all programs and materials are engaging, relevant, and effective. •

Delivering Training Programs: facilitate the execution of training programs and workshops to employees with the Avertra trainers, ensuring that all participants are engaged and that the content is delivered effectively

. Ensure that all training sessions are well organized and that all materials are up-to-date and accurate. • Evaluating Training Effectiveness: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary. This may involve analyzing participant feedback, measuring performance improvements, and making recommendations for future training initiatives. • Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new developments in learning and development, and incorporate them into training programs as appropriate. • Collaboration: Collaborate with different department heads and lead to develop and implement a talent development strategy that aligns with Avertra’s goals. Ensure that all training programs are aligned with this strategy and support the corporate goals. • Managing Learning Management System: Manage the learning management system and ensure all training records are accurate and up-to-date. Ensure that all employees have access to the training materials they need and that all training records are easily accessible. • Full Management of the Avertra Academy: Manage the Avertra Academy by developing and overseeing the Academy framework, the courses, the trainers, the schedules, the syllabus, and the delivery • Performance Management: Designing and implementing effective performance management strategies and programs that align with Avertra’ s goals, identify and address skill gaps, foster a culture of continuous learning and development among employees while also differentiating the different needs of Avertra’s functional and technical roles
