- Accounting & Finance
- Record and maintain accurate and timely financial information in accounting records and report to JPS in a timely and reliable manner, including monitoring of balances and payments.
- Prepare monthly expenditure forecasts as per the project work plan and the monthly budget versus actual expenditure report.
- Ensure the development, management and monitoring of the annual budget and maintain strict control of all expenditures through in-depth analysis.
- Conduct regular monitoring of petty cash.
- Develop and monitor monthly cash flow statements and ensure that cash flow requirements are met at all times.
