Finance Manager

Financial Model, Budgeting and Team Management: • Managing the financial model that will serve as the basis for realizing profitability for liwwa’s Jordan entity. This will be shared with prospective investors in an upcoming capital raise, where it is key to show how upside will be realized at the consolidated level. • Developing a fundraising plan with banks and other lenders and working with the management on setting targets. • Managing and engaging the Finance & Accounting team. Supporting selected strategic areas with the CEO: • Debt raising activities and managing relationships with lenders. • Fundraising and preparing for future Series. • Discussions with asset managers and partners to implement off-balance sheet strategy. Cash Management and Funding Strategy: • Determining the optimal mix of funding that liwwa should deploy in financing loans, to optimize returns to liwwa’s own cash, and maintain a reasonable liquidity buffer to finance the company’s operations over the next 15-18 months. • Assessing the suitability of the current system to project cashflows and recommending improvements.
