Overview

Key Responsibilities 🤖
We are currently on the lookout for a Field/Robot Application Engineer. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our team's efforts in ensuring that our customers are able to seamlessly integrate and optimise our innovative robotics solutions. As a key member of our Implementation team, you will:
- Be responsible for leading service partners to complete the installation and commissioning of equipment (including but not limited to wheeled robots and charging stations, moveable shelves, QR codes, picking stations, wiring facility construction, network equipment, fences, safety PLC control cabinet, and light curtains) to ensure timely, correct and safe completion of the work;
- Take care of after-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment, as well as customer training;
- Quickly respond to field service queries to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment availability;
- Be responsible for the training of service partners and taking responsibility for the hardware implementation acceptance after partners tasks;
- Assist in remote management of service reserve stock;
- Engage in other service-related work;
- Be comfortable working on-site at customer locations for extended periods (2 - 4 weeks or longer)

💡 Who are we looking for?
In order to be successful in this role, you must have a problem solving mindset, be proactive, and have an affinity for operational excellence. In addition, you meet the following criteria:
- You are a quick learner with excellent hands-on skills, both mechanical and electrical;
- You have recently graduated or you have a minimum of 2 years of site engineering experience;
- You are able to read and draw electric construction diagrams;
- You possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese and English in both oral and written form is a must
- Some basic knowledge of network or database is preferred;
- You are able to travel frequently in the European region. Traveling time is around 60% - 80%
