What Youll Do:
As a Federal Key Account Manager youll play a crucial role in overseeing proposal activities managing proposal schedules and deadlines and ensuring compliance with all RFP requirements. From writing editing and proofreading proposals to guiding the entire lifecycle of contracts administration youll be at the forefront of our success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the entire proposal development submittal/award life cycle.
• Write edit and proofread proposals and related materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver compliant professionally produced proposals within customerdefined timeframes.
• Evaluate and understand client requirements for incoming Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Track and report proposal win/nonwin information to evaluate performance.
• Guide the entire lifecycle of contracts administration from preaward to closeout.
• Communicate effectively with customers contractors and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration from an accredited college/university.
• 2 years of experience in relevant productrelated roles preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office and Adobe Illustrator.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
