Capitol Bridge, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Assistant for a temporary assignment in our Isabela, PR site. The position will require onsite presence throughout the duration of the assignment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing crucial support to the HR department.

Schedule: The contact center hours of operation will vary but generally are:
  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm AST
  • Monday through Friday; weekend upon business needs.
Length of Assignment: 3 months with a possible extension.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support HR Department with administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Scan, copy, file, and manage classified documents.
  • Maintain and update files and records as needed.
  • Assist and participate in hiring events.
  • Input data accurately into relevant databases, if required.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents, if needed.
  • Address inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
