Your missions

As Payroll Officer you will oversee payroll processes for the employees in Luxembourg and across Europe ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing and tax compliance.

Your main responsabilities include:

    • Manage endtoend payroll processing for entities based in Luxembourg and across Europe ensuring service quality.
    • Gather and prepare payroll data monthly effectively communicating with internal stakeholders.
    • Verify salary calculations for accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
    • Maintain liaison with Luxembourg authorities such as CCSS tax authority ADEM and ITM.
    • Prepare analyses and documentation for senior management.
    • Provide timely responses to employee and management inquiries regarding pay and benefits.
    • Lead or contribute to HR projects and policy definition within the Group.


      Your ideal profile

      The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a passion for people systems and processes. You will be committed to delivering exceptional clientfocused service and advice with a proactive attitude and keen attention to detail.

        • Bachelors degree with specialization in payroll; minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
        • Fluency in French and a good command ofEnglish
        • Strong MS Office skills; interest in HRIS systems
        • Knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law
        • Knowledge ofGesper is a plus.
        • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to numbers.
        • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
        • Ability to work autonomously meet deadlines and deliver exceptional customer service.
        • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
