Your missions

As a Junior KYC Officer you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by contacting clients for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting client outreach via phone email or other communication channels for KYC verification purposes.
• Assisting with the collection and verification of client documentation and information.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of KYC processes.
• Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and verification activities.
• Adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies to ensure compliance at all times.
