We are a rapidly growing company RIGHT FIT RESOURCES that is looking for a talented and experienced freelance HR Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for open positions
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Evaluate candidate skills and experience
• Make hiring recommendations
• Onboard new hires

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in HR software and tools
