- Protect and expand the position of IELTS within the Maghreb & Levant Cluster, develop and deliver a more focused Aptis strategy and find new markets for School Exams.
- Harnessing insightful market data on specific segment /opportunities
- Implement regional and corporate demand forecasting and planning initiatives, achieving high levels of sales forecasting accuracy and improvements in test availability
- Lead and embed excellent Business Pursuit and Account Relationship Management aligned with Global/Regional frameworks
- Manage and review effectiveness of partnership (agency) model
- Manage pipeline and performance reporting and support Director Maghreb and Levant on the Business Planning process.
- Define the physical footprint strategy (what, to whom, where at what cost) with input from BD/Exams leads, Marketing and Head of Operations
- Put in place contract governance that aligns with Global requirements, assess commercial feasibility and review exceptions.
