EV Charging Lead

Responsibilities:

• Own customer site inspection to ensure charging and EV fleet deployment readiness.
• Work with the Shift EV engineering and product teams as well as external partners on developing, productizing and deploying customer-centric charging solutions.
• Lead charging infrastructure projects from site inspection, solution design and system deployment at customer sites, including working with consultants, vendors and installers.
• Onboard customer operators on safe and effective chargers operations, through on-site training and onboarding material.
• Manage periodical maintenance to the sites and address operational and technical issues promptly.
