Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop new endtoend financial product experiences in the BFSI
domain For Retail Consumers
Work crossfunctionally with Engineering teams across multiple product teams to drive
buyin on new product.
experiences and engineering frameworks
Work closely with your and other engineering teams with a keen eye toward scalable
architecture to design and
implement new0 1 integrations with an appetite to quickly scale from 1 n across
products
Recruit and build an entirely new engineering team and move fast in converting new
ideas to product
collaborating with Product Design Leadership and other functions while maintaining
high product quality and reliability.
Staying ahead of the curve by lending a stable structure to the teams and products
while bringing operational
excellence as products mature.
What You ll Need:
811 years of overall experience with 2 years of Engineering Management
experience managing a diverse set of candidates (frontend backend mobile) across
various technologies. Good software engineering methodology meaningful and
deeplyrooted opinions about testing and code quality ability to make sound
quality/speed tradeoffs
Exceptional technical skills in the backend with significant experience building and
operating critical highscale
systems with a handson approach to lead from the front when the situation calls for it.
Ability to think and analyze both breadthwise (client server DB control flow) and
depthwise (threads sessions spacetime complexity) while designing and
implementing services
Exceptional design and architectural skills
Expertise and interest in growing teamsinterviewing junior and senior engineers
collaborating with a recruiting team smoothly onboarding new team members.
