Electrical Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Execute sales strategies, sales plans for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Explore new business opportunities & generate new installed base, or market share by influencing through key decision processes.
• Prepare sales plans using company tools and ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
• Run the negotiations with the customer and moves the business to the agreed upon margins, as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Fulfil the expected number of customer visits, logs the visits and communicate the results with the sales management team.
