The role:

Were looking for a passionate Ecommerce Manager to effectively manage and develop Pookys ecommerce strategies. Youll be responsible for managing and optimising online sales channels across all web platforms as well as analysing data to identify areas for improvement.

Main responsibilities:

• Overseeing the reporting of ecommerce and website performance from GA4 and Shopify creating KPI reports for internal and crossbusiness use.
• Identifying and preparing solutions for Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and UX improvements throughout the website.
• Liaising with the Website Administrator and development team to implement identified improvements to the website.
• Working closely with the SEO Analyst to analyse and refine the SEO strategy and implement improvements.
• Managing Google and Bing PPC campaigns in conjunction with the agency partner.
• Collaborating with the wider marketing team to create engaging content and drive traffic to the website.
• Managing the trading calendar and implementing sales strategies accordingly.
• Identifying opportunities for A/B and multivariate testing.
• Ensuring seamless customer experience and driving revenue generation by coordinating with the Website Administrator to optimise third party systems.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to keep up to date on industry trends and inform strategic decisionmaking.

What experience and skills youll need:

Were looking for a motivated Ecommerce Manager with a proven track record of delivering a seamless customer experience and driving revenue. You will have extensive experience of reporting on performance from GA4 and Shopify refining SEO strategies and effectively managing a variety of web platforms. Shopify Plus experience would be a bonus. Strong IT skills including MS Office especially Excel are required.

Were looking for someone who is excited about working as part of a hardworking small team within a growing and ambitious organisation. Youll be a selfstarter who enjoys being handson and involved in daytoday operational ecommerce duties. Youll have confidence in planning budgeting and presenting. Were seeking a methodical and detailorientated person with a knack for relationship building and stakeholder management.

Ideally you will have previous experience of working for an international B2C ecommerce business. Experience in the interior design soft furnishings or lighting industries would be beneficial although not essential.

We are Gloucester based so the successful candidate will need to live within an easy commute of the office and work predominantly onsite as part of our collaborative team.
