Requirements
- Plan details for getaways including transportation, accommodation, and activities
- Build rapport with client to determine their needs
- Guide clients on the appropriate styles of transportation, dates, costs, and accommodations
- Plan large-scale events including conferences, group trips and retreats
- Book reservations on behalf of clients
- Resolve issues, complaints, and refunds
- Maintain client information and financial records
- Stay up-to-date with tourism trends by attending virtual seminars
