- To ensure that the design and implementation of works consisting of rehabilitation of the identified facilities incorporate clean environment considerations.
- Ensures that maintenance volunteers adhere to humanitarian principles, BLUMONT Code of Conduct, child protection, PSEA and other policies, practices and procedures and applicable Jordan regulations.
- Ensures strict adherence of maintenance volunteers to security protocols, BLUMONT and Camp security and safety regulations and recommendations. Works closely with Security Officer to update and maintain camp level security SoPs.
- In coordination with case management coordinator; help in the maintenance of shelter for in need PoC cases.
- Repair machinery, equipment and building systems. Equipment maintenance officers working in a factory, for example, conduct regular inspections to identify faulty equipment and perform repairs.
- Keep records of equipment manuals and user guides, as well as maintenance practices and repair work done on all facilities and equipment.
- Any other tasks required for the benefit of BLUMONT’s projects and programs in the camps.
