• Lead the traditional trade channel in a defined district to maximize strategic targets (net sales, profitability, market share, sales budget, promotion management, pricing, etc.)
• Handle distributors in an efficient manner, maximizing strategic targets for all subchannels
• Determine direct & indirect sales coverage, allocate correct trade spend procedures, maximize sales efficiency via correct go-to-market strategies as well as promote efficiency, ROI, and in-store management
• Control traditional trade spending, focusing on ROI and company profitability targets by creating the correct commercial strategy between direct & indirect coverage
• Lead traditional trade teams to transform the strategic direction of the company into execution
• Develop and coach the team to ensure development of the team's capabilities
