- Comprehensive management and supervision of the development and enhancement of the performance of programs and projects that fall within the scope of the department.
- Supervising the development and implementation of program and project plans, in coordination with department heads, in line with the institution's strategic plan, including identifying priorities and needs related to interventions specific to each program and relevant impact indicators.
- Supervising the design and follow-up of the implementation of economic empowerment tools suitable for poor beneficiaries, youth, women, entrepreneurs, graduates, people with disabilities and the unemployed through a holistic economic empowerment approach based on the case management model.
- Supervising/participating in the design and follow-up of the implementation of capacity building tools and programs for the target groups to prepare them and facilitate their economic empowerment.
