• Commercial Strategy: Drive company growth by collaborating with the leadership team on setting and executing company strategy, revenue goals and commercial strategies.
• Business Development: Develop partnerships, go-to-market strategies and new sales channels.
• Sales: Own sales of existing and new products from strategy to execution, including planning, operations and decision making.
• Account Management: Represent Shift EV with key accounts to accelerate fleet electrification, and develop our account management operating system.
• Customer Success: Own customer success from fulfillment to onboarding and after sales services.
• Commercial Leadership: Hire, motivate and manage the excellence of commercial professionals across sales, account management, customer success and fulfillment.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
• Work closely with Product Management on customer discovery, prioritization and roadmapping for current and new product opportunities.
• Engage with Shift EV’s finance team on structuring financial products for fleet level transition.
