- Research, plan, organize, and coordinate project activities related to component 1
- Engage with internal and external key stakeholders to identify areas of need and follow up with appropriate actions
- Coordinate and follow up frequently on the project’s needs with officers at the Ministry of Labor (MoL), Vocational and Technical Skills Development Commission (VTSDC), Ministry of Education (MoE), and other relevant entities to the implementation of component 1 activities
- Draft terms of reference, bidding documents, and progress reports related to component 1
- Ensure quality control of consulting firms and individual consultants’ deliverables and outputs
- Provide the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, the Communication and Outreach Officer and other impact-focused stakeholders with all needed documentation and reporting
- Support in identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with local, regional, and global stakeholders; and maintain effective cooperation mechanisms concerning component 1
- Other duties as assigned
