Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in ecommerce data analysis audience segmentation and research;
- Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Economics Computer Science or related field;
- Proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables data functions);
- Indepth experience with Google Analytics 4 Looker Studio Tableau SEMrush is mandatory;
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner;
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problemsolving skills;
- Ability to work independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
About the position:
- Utilize various data sources to analyze customer behavior segment audiences and identify trends;
- Conduct thorough data analysis to understand customer journeys preferences and purchasing patterns;
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to tailor marketing efforts and optimize user experience;
- Conduct research applying statistical methodologies to analyze data and drive valuable insights regarding industry trends competitor analysis and emerging market opportunities;
Provide actionable insights derived from data analysis to inform strategic decisionmaking; - Stay updated on ecommerce trends consumer behavior shifts and technological advancements to drive innovation;
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations;
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner facilitating datadriven discussions and decisionmaking;
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure understanding and buyin for proposed initiatives.
