About the job:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our international marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing handson B2B digital marketing strategies tailored to the European and GCC markets with a strong emphasis on understanding software development. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates initiative and the ability to think independently generate innovative ideas and find creative solutions to complex challenges.

Technical profile/ Your duties:

• Develop and execute handson B2B digital marketing strategies tailored to the European and GCC markets in collaboration with the international marketing team.
• Create compelling content in close collaboration with technical teams highlighting product features and effectively communicating solutions to a technical audience.
• Utilize marketing automation systems (e.g. HubSpot ActiveCampaign) to conceive implement and optimize campaigns focusing on lead generation and prospect nurturing.
• Manage LinkedIn marketing efforts targeted at the European and GCC markets encompassing profile optimization strategic content posting and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with B2B sales objectives and finetuning strategies for optimal lead conversion.
• Analyze and interpret data derived from marketing campaigns employing a datadriven approach to enhance overall performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay informed of industry trends and digital marketing best practices specific to Europe and the GCC consistently integrating insights to refine and innovate our marketing approach.

Desired Skills and Experience

Who we are looking for

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven handson experience in B2B digital marketing specifically in the European and GCC markets with a strong understanding of software development.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Highlevel fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation systems (e.g. HubSpot ActiveCampaign) is a significant advantage.
