Digital Marketer

Job Description

As a digital marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification
• Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand
• Work with designers and content writers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including media buying, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Perform A/B testing whenever possible to optimize results.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Use different insights/analytics tools to provide an illustration of ads performance, results, achievement, traffic on each platform, rate of engagement, Conversion rates.
• Participate in concept setting, idea creation, and brainstorming sessions for visuals, tactics, and content.
• Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

Job Requirements

• Proven 3+ years of proven work experience as a digital marketer
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Highlycreativewith experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Good understanding of social media KPIsExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Experience in relevant discipline (e.g.dietetics, medicine or pharmaceutical) is a plus
