- Lead improvements in school construction FIDIC and GOJ contract management. Will lead efforts to identify process gaps, use data from the GOJ's Construction Management Information System (CMIS), to collaboratively propose and implement process improvements.
- Lead improvements in construction project management, resulting in greater alignment on contract work schedules and actual completion. Understanding of FIDIC and GOJ contract timelines, available enforcement tools, as well as using CMIS project management tracking information to promote data-driven project management.
- Lead improvements in site supervision, particularly related to construction site contract and project management, as well as quality and health and safety. Will use data from the GOJ's Construction Management Information System (CMIS), as well as work in close collaboration with other USAID implementing partners.
