- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies and implement corrective actions and governance policies
- Monitor both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users and conduct enhancements of the CRM platforms in collaboration with the relevant cross- functional teams
- Write database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary
- Facilitate and support data cleansing projects and assess data practices to ensure integrity of data
- Accountable for data access, updates, correction and general administration of data interfaces used in the business
- Research wider data management solutions across industries and implement under the guidance of the commercial integrity leadership
- Other duties as assigned
