If you are an experienced, nurse-qualified Home Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing, family-run care provider who have a portfolio of welcoming friendly homes across the North of England. This company have strong family values and always invest in their employees, offering good career development opportunities.
The role:
The role:
- 40 bed home that provides general nursing, residential and dementia care for older adults
- This home offers specialist nursing facilities, with some residents requiring complex clinical care
- Overall Good CQC report with a good reputation with the Local Authority and local community
- Fully recruited staff team, other than 1 night nursing shift available
- Fantastic location in Preston, close to the city centre
- Wonderful homely environment, well equipped, with en-suite bathrooms and friendly communal areas
- You will be a Registered Nurse who has a good track record of achieving positive inspection reports as a a Home Manager, ideally in a highly clinical setting
- You will also be a hands-on manager who loves to be present around the home, spending time with the residents and your team
- As a strong team player, you will have a motivational and inclusive management style and a passion for providing the highest standards of care
- With good communication skills, you will be able to positively liaise with all stakeholders to maintain and improve relationships and build the reputation of the home.
- This role would suit a Home Manager who is looking for a long-term position with a company who have good morals and a family feel culture.
