Position Overview:

We seek a Data Analyst / Scientist passionate about harnessing data for healthcare innovation. This role involves monitoring and analyzing key business processes and metrics performing ad hoc data requests for business operations and product development and collaborating with crossfunctional teams. You will improve product/AI quality support optimization projects and ensure data and AI model accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor develop and analyze key business processes and metrics.
• Fulfill ad hoc data requests for business operations and product development.
• Partner with internal teams to improve product/AI quality and support the optimization of reporting tools.
• Collaborate on projects involving process implementation and system integration.
• Validate data and AI model accuracy identifying and solving inefficiencies in current processes.
• Build data expertise and ensure data quality for your areas of responsibility.
• Manage data warehouse plans for specific products or product groups.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Mathematics Statistics Engineering or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• 6 years of professional experience in business analytics and working with large data sets.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Skills in applied statistics such as hypothesis testing anomaly detection clustering and regression analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Qlik Sense Looker).
• Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in creating and testing ETL pipelines and expertise in cleansing and integrating data from disparate sources.
• Big Data experience is a significant plus
• Strong analytical skills to analyze complex business and AI data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge in AI/ML and working with Large Language Models.
