Customer Support Executive German speaking

Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service and fluency in German Were looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Pieta Malta! In this role youll support customers who enjoy our unique and exciting iGaming brands ensuring they have a flawless experience.

Tasks

• Provide outstanding customer service through phone email and live chat.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to efficiently escalate and resolve customer issues.
• Assist departments like Fraud and Money Laundering Reporting when needed.
• Identify and report recurring customer issues to improve service.
• Promote company values and products to customers.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Share player feedback with the team.
• Verify customer accounts using KYC procedures.

Requirements

• C2 proficiency in German (both spoken and written)
• Fluency in English
• Eagerness to learn and contribute your ideas
• Strong team player mentality
