Our client a leading fintech with a platform for safe secure and prompt gift cards and crypto transactions is seeking to hire a Customer Relations and Transaction Specialist. (CRTS)
As a Customer Relations and Transaction Specialist (CRTS) you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of gift card verification user balance reconciliation and customer relations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of user accounts resolving issues promptly and providing exceptional customer support. Your duties will involve:
Responsibilities:
Verify the authenticity and validity of digital assets submitted by users.
Process digital asset transactions within defined time frames prioritizing promptness.
Accurately reconcile user balances after various transactions.
Investigate escalate and resolve any discrepancies or errors in user balances.
Compile and report reconciliations.
Manage the OTC desk and facilitate OTC transactions.
Receive and escalate user issues across all communication channels to relevant units/teams for quick resolution.
Verify the authenticity and validity of digital assets submitted by users. Process digital asset transactions within defined time frames, prioritizing promptness. Accurately reconcile user balances after various transactions.
