Position title Customer relationship Executive/Sr. Executive
Location Gurgaon
Required Attributes Academics and Experience
o Applications from female candidates are encouraged.
o Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
o Whatsapp messages response
o Chat boot reverts
o Lead Conversation
o Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
o Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
communication
o Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
o Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
follow up to ensure resolution
o Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents
o Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
o Take the extra mile to engage customers
Good to have:
o Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
o Track record of overachieving quota
o Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
o Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
o Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
o Excellent English/Hindi communication and presentation skills
o Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
o High school diploma.
o MsOffice Skills(Excel WordPPT)
o Flexible hours
