Good to have:
o Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
o Track record of overachieving quota
o Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
o Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
o Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
o Excellent English/Hindi communication and presentation skills
o Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
o High school diploma.
o MsOffice Skills(Excel WordPPT)
